it is very unlikely that 2 people with dark hair will have a baby that has blonde hair throughout it's life. if any of the grandparents had blonde hair then there is a chance, as someone that is close to the baby genetically will have to have blonde hair to pass on the gene.

∙ 13y agoBlond hair is relatively common in childhood in some Pacific Islander, Papuan, and Aboriginal Australian populations. In the Aboriginal populations specifically, in some groups found in Western Australia approximately 90% of children are blond.
In addition, in persons of highly mixed background it is plausible that random recombination could result in the genes for dark skin being present without those for dark hair.

Blonds with brown eyes seem to be very common among warmer areas, particulary in Latin America. When I was in Puerto Rico, I knew tons of blondies who happen to had dark eyes. Their blond was natura, fyi. A more mainstream example would be Colombian hottie Sofia Vergara (Gloria in "Modern Family"). Despite she dyed her hair dark for that role, if you look at her older pictures from the 90's or from early 2000's (especially from the movie "Chasing Papi"). This is a picture of her from 1998, where it's very obvious she's actually blonde, not brunette.
