Absolutely Yes! I have had a new sexual partner for a month or so. He performs oral sex on me regularly, every time we have sex, he often uses his saliva to add additional lubrication during manual stimulation and intercourse. I just developed a yeast infection after we had gone away together for a 3day weekend. Symptoms were present the day after we returned. I am 44 yrs old and have only had 1 other yeast infection in my life. Most of my previous sexual partners didn't perform oral on me or rarely did and saliva was used only a few times during intercourse. I believe 100% that this yeast infection came about because of the frequent introduction of my lover's saliva during intercourse and cunninginglus.
