First, light can be the projection of particles moving at the speed of 299,792,458 meters per

second, causing ionisation of the gases and form plasma. Then, we can touch light.

But if you think of light as of a dimension of its own, existing outside the 3-dimensional

Euclidean space, in a dimension where we can only see the light, then we can't touch light.

Can you still see it on the wall ? Check the flashlight. Is it still emitting light ? Then

why is the light not reaching the wall ? Is it shining on your hand now ? Did your

hand do something to the light ? Did your hand do something that prevented the

light from coming out of the back of your hand ? Did your hand ABSORB the light ?

And did the energy carried in the light stay in your hand ?

I'd say your hand touched the light, just as surely as the leftover meatloaf

touched the RF radiation in my microwave oven last night.
