In uncomplicated stye, you can allow the stye to 'point'. Then you can pull the hair at the base of stye. Pus will come out and stye will heal. With repeated stye, you need to consult the ophthalmologist.

No! Do not even try to do this!If you attempt popping the stye, you will either hurt the sensitvie eye skin or infect the stye. In order to get rid of the stye, carefully cut a peice of garlic unil you can see the wet part, then SLOWLY rub it on your stye. This method has been used for centuries. It really works! Apply 3-4 times a day until the stye is gone. MUST BE CONSISTENT. Doing it randomly one or two times won't help. But be careful, if the garlic gets INSIDE your eye it will BURN. *just an addition - if you don't trust garlic use hot water to damp a rag apply for 15mins several times a day.
In order to see if the stye is completely gone, pull the bottom of your eye so that the inner lining is clearly visible. Slowly run you CLEAN finger on the spot were the stye was. If the stye, or it's root is still there, you'll be able to feel a small bump or see a small white dot.
If you have minor burn then you can use Neosporin on it. But when the burned area is large and severe then one should not use Neosporin. The Neosporin is only applied to the external areas.
The tube of Neosporin doesn't say to use it on puncture wounds, so you don't use it on puncture wounds.
