Cells are very dynamic because the cell membrane or plasma membrane is surprisingly flexible. Although the analogy for a cell in Biology is 'the building blocks of life', most cells do not have a rigid boundary that confines them to any particular shape.

The plasma membrane is composed of a double layer of phospholipids (commonly called the phospholipid bi-layer). The plasma membrane is constantly moving and remodelling itself during processes such as cell motility and cell division. This dynamic nature of the plasma membrane allows cells to attain different shapes and pull away during cell division giving rise to two daughter cells

Why is there infinite variety possible in proteins?

Proteins are made up of 20 different amino acids, which can be arranged in numerous ways to form a vast array of protein structures. Additionally, proteins can fold into various shapes and structures due to their flexibility, allowing for diverse functions and interactions with other molecules. This variability in amino acid sequence and protein structure contributes to the infinite variety of proteins that can be produced in living organisms.

Do plant cells have a spindle?

No. Almost all plant and animal cells are Eukaryotic, and there are a wide variety of shapes, from the long and slender sperm to a rigid cuboid epithelial cell.

Angiosperms called roses come in a variety of shapes and colors as a result of?

cross-breeding and hybridization, resulting in different combinations of genes that influence flower shape, size, and color. This selective breeding process allows for the development of a wide range of rose varieties with unique characteristics and features.

Is chrysanthemum a shrub or herb?

Chrysanthemums are herbaceous perennial plants, not shrubs. They have a long growing season and produce colorful flowers that can come in a variety of shapes and sizes.

Could genetics change the shape of a Plant?

Yes, genetics can influence the shape of a plant by controlling how its cells divide and grow. Different genetic variations can lead to a variety of shapes, sizes, and structures in plants. Scientists can manipulate plant genetics through selective breeding or genetic engineering to alter their shapes for desired traits.

Why proteins come in an almost unlimited variety of shapes?

Because the amino acids that make up protein molecules come in a variety of shapes and sizes and, therefore, can create protein molecules of different shapes. I believe that's it, at least. It's been a while since I took high school biology.
