We are only about half a decade away from laboratory organ production on a consumer level. Even now we are capable of making hearts, lungs, livers and kidneys that work on their own within a laboratory. Essentially, within 20 years you could replace all your organs with identical ones at their prime functioning level. Additionally, adult stem cell research is assisting with burn recovery; which could one day lead to full replacement of the skin organ.
Cartilage, the main component for non-bone extruding features and joints, can be grown in a lab using your own DNA, you could replace ears, nose, ligaments and tendons.

∙ 12y agoYou cannot actually live for infinite length of time of course because something WILL happen that can kill you. If your talking about infinite life with invulnerability, it is pretty much impossible. Maybe someday in the future science can extend a persons life nonstop, but that doesn't mean natural disasters and such can't kill them.
yes and no - I don't think it is possible in our time, but in the future genetic modifications such as cell reproduction (or something along those lines) could very well make it possible to live a very long time.
