Best Answer

yes since all animal cells have the same material and organelles inside of them and the type of cell in an animal cell Will ALWAYS BE AN ANIMAL CELL which is eukaryotic cell and it has the same size shape and type every time it reproduces unless a mutation has occurred and that would cause a tumor but other wise it will always be identical.

Because all cells are roughly the same size. This means that bigger animals are made of more cells than smaller animals.
