Organisms with eukaryotic cells are called eukaryotes. All animals, plants and fungi are eukaryotes. Since a sardine is an animal (a species of fish), it is a eukaryote and has eukaryotic cells.

yes it does. looking at the 6 characteristics of animals, it does have eukaryotic cells. a fish is an animal which means it has to have eukaryotic cells.
