Most likely we will have the capability to SEE the future of the human race (such as babies) but I don't think they would be able to pick and choose what traits to have. Maybe that will happen in another year.

An evil leader such as another Adolf Hitler once again may wish to establish a race of blonde, blue eyed superior beings to the expense of ordinary people. According to Adolf all of the inferior peoples had to be gotten rid of, thus the Holocaust.
