not really. what happens though is that the surrounding soft tissue collapses, sags and pulls back, making the nose look bigger in comparison.

Your nose and ears never stop growing but I don't know what specific time it grows. I guess all the time or between 5 and 6:30 am on Weekdays and 7 to 8:30 pm on weekends. :)

Yes. The human nose continues to grow throughout one's lifetime, but at a much slower pace than when we are young. This is also the case with our ears. Noses are almost fully grown by the time we reach our teens, but being made of cartilage, rather than bone, they continue to grow into young adulthood. However, after this, age takes over. It is not that our nose (and ears) keep growing as we age, but that the surrounding skin loses its elasticity, allowing the nose and ears to droop. This has the effect of making the nose and ears appear to keep growing.
