Fell on meh tail bone and lower back playing lacrosse today it imediatly hurt to walk expecially to run and now it hurts to sit up bend over and more how do you know if its bruised or something worse?

You will be in a lot of pain if your Coccyx bone is broken and you will definitely know it. If you have any doubts then just go see your primary health care physician and get a check up. otherwise just put ice on it and relax a few days.
