Yes
Nope! TT is the dominant phenotype (what ever it may be) and tt is the recessive phenotype (what ever that may be).So say T is the allele for Tall plants, t is the allele for short plants. TT would be show the tall phenotype while tt would show the short phenotype. If the genotype was Tt, the phenotype would be tall as well because the T is dominant and masks the phenotype of t (short plants).

Mostly there isn't a problem because the improvement of medicine. Ever heard of Penicillin. However, infectious diseases are actually becoming a concern because medicine is being used to treat this and so the pathogens are beginning to develop a tolerance to these medicines. Also parents don't want to vaccinate their children against some infectious diseases (i.e. Polio) causing a bit of concern.

It is a type of mold on the plant leaf. The way that I cure mine is I spray it with mild dish soap, brown mouth wash (a Teaspoon) and water. Due this early in the morning as wetting the leafs at night when they stay wet all night is a big cause to this problem. There are fugicides out there to buy, but I do this which is green and doesnt hurt or harm any animals outside what so ever.
