To optimize your body's absorption of nutrients for better health and wellness, focus on eating a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats. Additionally, consider factors like proper hydration, adequate sleep, regular exercise, and managing stress levels, as they can all impact nutrient absorption. Consulting with a healthcare provider or registered dietitian can also help tailor a personalized plan for optimal nutrient absorption.

Fingerlike projections that absorb nutrients in the small intestine are called villi. Villi increase the surface area of the intestinal lining, allowing for better absorption of nutrients into the bloodstream.
A santan plant has fibrous roots. These roots are smaller and more numerous, providing better support and absorption of nutrients for the plant.

Villi are found in our small and large intestines, and are adapted to their function by having a very large Surface Area to volume ratio. They are vital as they extract the vital nutrients from the food we eat and are absorbed into the blood supply which runs just underneath the villi, and transport these nutrients to wherever they are needed.

Having a long small intestine allows for more surface area for nutrient absorption. This means that the body can extract more nutrients from food, leading to better nourishment. Additionally, a longer small intestine can help in the digestion of complex carbohydrates and proteins.

Wellness as designed. It sounds much more natural to me and makes a great tag-line in my opinion. However, I really think "Wellness by Design" is even better.
Villi are finger-like projections in the small intestine that increase its surface area for better absorption of nutrients from food. They contain blood vessels and lymph vessels to transport nutrients to the rest of the body.
Taproot is better adapted for food storage because it is enlarged and stores nutrients and water for the plant to use during periods of stress, such as drought. Fibrous roots have a greater surface area for absorption of nutrients and water, but they are not as efficient at storing food reserves.

Personally, I like Wellness food better than Solid Gold's line. BUT, solid gold has some amazing supplements! However, Wellness is a very "rich" food and can be a bit tougher on stomachs than Solid Golds foods.
