Well really the longer it takes to eat the longer it takes to digest. The quicker it is to eat the easier it is to digest. Like if you were going to eat an orange or a soft fruit or something else really easy to eat it would only take like twenty minutes to digest. And say you were to eat a steak, it would take like 2 hours to digest it fully. Another good tip is to eat fruit and soft things before you eat a main meal because it gets your digestive system ready. Gum is also really bad for you because when you chew something it gets your digestive system ready, except you don't eat anything..
