Biomass is a versatile energy source. It can be used anywhere. All around the world people are using wood stoves to heat their building and for cooking, making biomass the most common energy source. It is produced from living or recently living organisms.
Biomass provides a surprisingly large amount of the world's energy - 10% of total global primary energy consumption - but most of that is wood and charcoal gathered and used in the most primitive ways, as shown at right.
I think that we should use renewable energy so we also produce less green house gases. What would it hurt to make a change. Also what will we do if we sue up all of the other fossill fuels you cant make more so we will have to use renewable energy at some point
you can use it for fuel, planting, and for dirt
you can increase the use of biomass by planting 20 flowers in a row and watiting until they die than you have increased the use of biomass.
the pesticides kill the bugs eating the plant so therefore killing them will let the plant grow more, doing so would increase the biomass of the plant.
Biomass is currently in use in many places.
we use biomass to create electricity or power that is renewable. examples of renewable energy resources are wind ,solar power, biomass, sun and lots more.
Biomass is not smelly at all, they use a machine to suck out the chemicals that make it smell. So if your reason for our world not to use biomass because it smells is a false statement
The use of biomass for fuel can reduce the consumption of oil and coal.
Producing energy from biomass does not increase the net CO2 in the atmosphere, since the plants remove the CO2 from the atmosphere when growing, and simply give it back when burned. Biomass also can make use of land that would otherwise not be profitable.

Biomass is likely to increase in importance as a fuel source as we continue to try to move towards renewable sources of energy.
Beacuse biomass is harder to find and coal burnes faster then Biomass.
no one uses biomass energy

biomass has been used since fire was discovered
They're trying to stop the use of biomass fuel because it hurts our planet.
As long as we can keep growing vegetation that we can use for burning, then biomass will be reliable.
