Manage your eating around exercise time For example, don't eat before swimming. at least dont eat too much because it makes you tired. Wear protective gear like pads and helmets...etc Strength and endurance training are the best deterents to sports related injuries. Whatever sport one is involved in, errors in form will result from being tired. These errors in form can in turn lead to turned or sprained ankles, falls, wrenched backs, etc. Strong muscles help protect bones from being broken.
