1st sit down in a normal sitting position, put something solid between your legs right where your knees touch almost ( i just ball my hand into fist) now squeeze your thighs together hard for a few seconds. chances are your groin will crack on one or both sides. goodluck,

raven0417: that's not really the only way to crack your groin. the way that i do it is you stand up, hold onto something for balance, then lift one leg up to the side then like lean your groin in the direction that your foot is lifted. its hard to explain but easy to do. hahah
