As the trees grow taller, there is more of a root system and shade. Both of these make it difficult for grass to stay healthy and grow. If you put more soil over the area under the tree, you are apt to kill the tree, since it depends on those surface roots.
That's not completely true. Oaks do not have surface roots like other trees, so it is possible to add a few inches of top soil without harming the tree. Using shade seed and lots of lime to counteract the natural acidity of the oak will improve your lawns success.
Grapes grow on vines, not trees. The plant that grapes grow on is called a grapevine.
A new pine tree can grow from a cone that fell from a tree because cones contain seeds that can germinate and sprout under the right conditions. When a cone falls and releases its seeds onto the ground, they may be able to take root, receive water and sunlight, and start growing into a new tree.
A tree grows from the top of its trunk.
There is not such a thing as a pinto tree. Pinto beans grow on vines, they do not grow on trees.
A tree grows from the top, where new leaves and branches form, while the trunk and roots grow from the bottom.

It depends on the type of seed, but for most seeds, probably not. If it is a seed to start a tree, it would definitely not grow well under another tree. Some plants grow best in the shade and those would probably grow if planted beneath a large tree.
Sweet Woodruff does well under our European hornbeam.
no you need cotton seeds. it will not grow a tree only a small bush in a field
They grow above the ground. On a tree. Have a look at Wikipedia.
It depends on the lawn care provider or landscaper that you use. Some include tree trimming with their lawn care and others tree trimming is a seperate service.
I have cantaloupe plants that started on the ground and have then grown up a near by tree. On the cantaloupe "vine" that is growing up the tree I have actual fruiting cantaloupe. They did not grow from the tree they did however grow up the tree and then fruit. So in a sense yes cantaloupe will grown up a tree but no they do not fruit from the tree.
Mushrooms grow on dead matter - so you could have anything under the ground from a rotting tree root to thick thatch in your lawn. There are no products to control mushrooms. If the mushrooms are growing in a straight line that leads to a tree...well that means the roots are rotting and your favorite tree isn't long for this world. If you see a large group of them usually in a circle, that simply means there WAS a tree in that area and there are still some roots underground. If you see tiny ones scattered all over the lawn, then you have very thick thatch.
Nothing controls mushrooms! Until you get rid of the source, they will continue to come back. The source would be dead tree roots under the ground, very thick thatch in your lawn, or in some cases a dying tree.
A Tree Is Nice was created in 1956.
Not much, but some shade ground covers do sometimes.
