Yes, it is possible. But it would be hard to keep it for my than 3 days without killing it. It would need water, proper flowers, and other important insects, and a proper place to keep it with sunlight, temperature, and shade. If you do not want to kill an innocent butterfly, I do not recommend it.
You CAN keep a butterfly in your house, but since the lifespan of a butterfly can vary (the most common being only a about a week or two), you could, but it is unusual and a butterfly's lifespan can go quickly depending on species. Plus, you need to have the right food for it, or it will die quickly.
yes. if you want one. they die in 2 weeks fyi.
Maybe for a little bit , but you should release it at some point.
I suggest having you make a butterfly pet rock
yes but they die in like...2 weeks or 1 week
The butterfly does not make a cocoon. They come from a chrysalis. Moths however do make cocoons which are always white in color and look like cotton.
Butterflies eat the nectar in the flowers. The have a very long spiral tongue they introduce in the flower to extract the nectar.

Put 1 teaspoon sugar and 19 spoonfuls of water (a common eating spoon) in a small bowl mix it &let it dissolve. Then get a tiny piece of cloth, that you can use only for your butterfly, and soak it in the sugar water. Set the butterfly near it.
Plants came first as they make the that food the insects eat.
Butterfly costumes aren't clothing machine creations - they're pet items, that go with the caterpillar.
You cannot make the butterfly outfit from the clothing machine in Webkinz. You need to adopt the Caterpillar pet and there will be a butterfly costume in the adoptional gift.

if you do want to raise a butterfly you have to make sure its in an air filled room with loads of food provided. Its best not to raise a butterfly as its a wild insect and does not like to be treated as a pet its also not fair. thankyou for reading my answer to your question, i hoped it helped. =]
in a glass covered tiny hole garden [very sure]
