If you are referring to your navel, about the only way would be to put on a few more pounds of weight in the form of fat, that will accumulate in your belly area and make your outie more of an innie. Though that may not be the healthiest way to do it. You could also try abdominal exercises to build up your rectus abdominis, that may also help.

Well not all people can do this there are some ways people can turn there navel inside out but not all people can do it. Bu here are some. Get a syringe and cut the thin part off then get the thing that you pull and switch it to side that you cut now you have a flat part. Now place the syringe on top of your innie and pull the syringe. Now take a rubber band or some floss an tie around your outie.

Then here is my way . Take your hand an place your index finger in your navel. Pinch th top flap with your thumb and pull.up. Now take your left and pinch the bottom of your navel. Now keep fidiling around toll it sticks out once it sticks out take a rubberband and tie wrap around. Those are some ways you can make an innie an outie
