There is a group of exercises, called Kegel exercises (named after the doctor that developed them), that can help you to strengthen the muscles that -- among other things -- control your sex organs. You can locate these organs in your body by interrupting the flow of urine or squeezing your anal muscles. (Note that your abdominal muscles are not part of this muscle group.)
One great thing about Kegel exercises is that they can be done anywhere, and no special equipment is necessary.
