The very fact that you are asking the question in the first place suggests that you already know the answer. Torn muscles around the anus (sphincter) would almost certainly lead to serious problems later in life such as incontinence etc. I feel sure you would not fancy soiling yourself whilst walking down a street of whilst shopping. ∙ 15y agoIf you are asking how to stretch your anus, you start with something small. Gradually work up to bigger things. I have found that inserting something bigger in your anus hurts the first time so you remove it for a minute to get your anus to relax. Then re-inserting it a 2nd and 3rd time usually works and you will find you can leave it in to enjoy. This works with my husband when he wants anal sex. I ask him to "pull out" a time or two for a couple of minutes to get my anal spincter to relax. Then I usually can take all of him for quite a while of anal sex. yes... yes...
