Well unless it gets into an uncomfortable position or something (especially your testicles) you tend to forget it's there. It's like having a nose--you know it's there but unless you think about it or touch it you're not constantly aware of having it. Sometimes if I wear loose pants and I take a long step I can feel my junk dangling, but other than that I don't pay that much attention to it unless I get an erection, which feels great.
