It depends on if the feet are corrected, how severe the clubbing was, if there were any comorbidities, and how successful that correction was. Uncorrected feet or feet that were not treated aggressively enough can be very disabling to a teenager- they may have difficulty walking and experience pain. They may walk on the sides of their feet or the tops of their feet. Patients are likely to be limited in how much they can walk, or may have to use a wheel chair. This is why aggressive correction in infancy and early childhood is crucial, as it is difficult if not impossible to correct in later years.
Ideally a foot that is corrected successfully, especially through minimally invasive procedures involving casting, manipulation, and bracing, will function much like a normal foot. The foot may appear different than a normal foot, causing the teen to feel self conscious. Certain activities, like pointe Ballet or wearing high heeled shoes, may need to be avoided. Other activities like long distance running may require extra caution and may need to be avoided by certain patients. Ideally a teens orthopedic surgeon will be able to provide guidance as to what activities to pursue and avoid.
Teens who have corrected clubbed foot have a higher risk of certain injuries and conditions of the foot, especially if they had a more severe variant of clubbed foot or required surgery. They will have to exercise caution concerning choice of footwear as well as seek prompt medical attention for injuries to the foot and ankle.

These substances can disrupt the process of cellular specialization and organization, leading to developmental problems in the child.

Lol! :D id say in their teens, possibly pre-teens, hope i understood the question! :D:D:D (btw it could also happen on a special day, and the parent seems to be 'taking the child's thunder' that's how it started for me!)
I don't believe that video games affect a child's brain, a child may behave the way the game sets due to the possible likeliness of the society to which that child has been brought up. Millions of children play these games and only a small minority claimed to have been influenced by the actions which occur in these games.
Yes, there can be a genetic link to clubfoot, but it is not always directly inherited from the father. Instead, it can be a combination of genetic and environmental factors. If one parent has clubfoot, the child may be at a higher risk of developing the condition.
