If by cellular respiration you mean the citric acid cycle and electron transport chain the answer is, it depends on the amount of oxygen.

In the presence of enough oxygen, yes cellular respiration takes place and each glucose molecule will produce 36-38 ATP.

Without enough oxygen, which is necessary to accept the electrons from the electron transport chain, the whole chain grinds to a halt which stops the citric acid cycle too. Pyruvate, with nowhere to go, gets converted into lactic acid. This process is called fermentation and produces no ATP beyond the two produced in glycolysis.

So to sum up:

1) Plenty of oxygen leads to cellular respiration following glycolysis.

2) Insufficient oxygen leads to fermentation following glycolysis.

Are tomato plants single celled or multi celled organisms?

Tomato plants are multi-cellular organisms. They are made up of many cells that work together to carry out various biological functions such as photosynthesis, growth, and reproduction. Each cell has a specific role in the overall functioning of the plant.

Are all organisms cellular?

most organisms are many-celled organisms..they are not cells by themselves However, there ARE one-celled organisms. It is thought of that organisms ARE MADE UP OF cells. We need cells, if they don't have cells to fix the "wounds" or help with the repairs that plants or animals need.
