Plant and animal cells both have nuclei (including nucleolus) and mitochodria. They also both have vacuoles, though plants have much larger ones, they also both have vesicles which help transport proteins. The plant and animal cells also both have endoplasmic-reticulums (smooth and rough) and ribosomes.
