Best Answer

Humans are medium sized animals compared to something like a lion and a fox. However, the average man has only 75 pounds of muscle. A bodybuilder would be as strong or stronger than a wolf or a cougar. But most men aren't strong at all.

Answer 2

An adult american man can be very strong and handy, and strong enough to kill a wolf or a cougar barehanded. An adult american man actually will weigh 170 lbs to 230 lbs, more than a wolf or a cougar would weigh.

Well a none juiced human that is not using supportive equipment is going to basically be limited by 3 factors!

1.How much damage they can survive without lasting damage and can heal from in a timely manner that allows for the gains to be made and kept.An example is that you can get hit by a car and break your femur. It will get thicker and stronger in the process if it is lined up right but the time is takes to heal is to long so the bones and muscles don't keep any strength they would have made rebuilding and after so much time standing still to heal right you would likely get weaker.

2.Leverages! Leverages are slightly different for every person and vary from top to bottom in one person. So a Guy with Long Legs and a short torso would have a harder time doing Squats with 400 lbs. then a guy with short legs and a long torso. But the very same would have in reverse if its the dead Lift! So 2 people with equal amounts of muscle and training will do better in same lifts then others when compared to each other.Same goes for upper Body.

3.Life Span! The more healthy Years you get in your life the longer and harder you can train, thus you make better gains. If a person lifts weight be doesn't eat right his life span would be shorter so the number of healthy years he could lift weight would be less so all else being equal the less healthy person would not be as strong even though he trains because of his diet!

For these reasons we can only speculate and give a range. But a good range that ANYBODY can get to would be to lift ones Own Body weight over Head for a strict no hip drive Standing Shoulder Press Over head.Squat 1.5 times body weight for a Full Rock Bottom Squat and a Dead Lift 2 times Body weight Off the floor with no belt. These standards could be met be any human eating enough and following progressively harder training, without special details being out lined or supplements being taken. No Steroids either! ANYONE! after that you would likely have to train with more detail and concentration on getting stronger and eating a good Diet but still wouldn't need Supplements or steroids!
