I have a Lump on my right side more towards my back under my rib cage. It causes pain that goes all the way down to my lower back also bothering my hip. My right leg also goes numb at times.?

Go and see an osteopath or chiropractor, sounds like you've got some muscle starting too 'seize' up and this could putting pressure on some of your nerves. Seek professional advice.
