Ok I’m 14 mine is 6 inches when erect so me personally If I’m being honest I don’t think that’s small or big it’s the right size for 14 it depends on your genes it’ll grow either way though if you are 14 you have 4 to 6 years to grow don’t be worried

Trying to answer a question like this with 'yes' or 'no' answers is tough because we all develop at different rates, and begin at different times. But yes, four and a half inches is within the 'normal' range, especially if you started puberty a little late.

Penis size, especially for pubescent males, is a sensitive and worrisome subject. Boys all wonder if their penis is big enough or impressive enough.
