Tropical Hibiscus are not deciduous but are evergreen. Because they only grow in warm areas with no frost or tempretures below freezing.

But there is a hibiscus,Hibiscus syriacus or Rose of Sharon that is deciduous and is both frost and cold hardy.

The Dawn Redwood native to China is a subspecies of redwood that is deciduous.

Sequoia sempervirens the Redwood and S. Wellingtonia the Big Tree are both evergreen.
The Dawn Redwood is deciduous but is not a true Redwood, it is a conifer , but is Metasequoia glytostroboides.
