Some people are diagnosed withdepression but still manage to work this would all depend on how serious the depression is .If someone was more talking about a person being unable to work for long period of time and that his person needed to claim disability living allowance and maybe carers allowance then you are more talking about maniac depression and other related illness which you should also be under the care of a mental health department?
