My son has nightmares about small things moving very fast he calls them visions does anybody know what this is.?
Is he awake when it happens? If so, yes no fun. For me , and now my four year old daughter, it isn't just small things. If your son's nightmares occur while he is sleeping, then they are just that: nightmares. If they occur while he is awake, they may be delusions or possibly a problem with his vision. If these events happen while he is wide awake, rather than just before falling asleep or just after waking up, a medical checkup that includes and eye exam would be a very good idea. If they only happen while he is asleep, they should not cause any concern.
