It's Synthetic

what is the difference between synthetic and non-synthrtic media
Sterilized broth is clear, meaning no bacterial growth. Non-sterilized broth is cloudy.
Nutrient broth contains beef extract which acts as sources of amino acids, peptides, nucleotides, organic acids, vitamins and mineralsthat peptone broth don't contain? :)
Broth has been in our culture since the beginning of time.
tryptone is a source of peptides and peptones in LB broth
Amino acids are being metabolized in tryptone broth. See Journal of Bacteriology 176 p. 2143 (1994).

Chemically Composition is known & made with synthetic inorganic chemical substances.. Eg:- Glucose Broth, Inorganic Synthetic Broth
LB stands for Luria Bertani. It is a growth medium used for most of the bacterial cultures, compositions of LB broth is 10g of tryptone, 5g of yeast extract and 10g of NaCl. For LB medium add 75g/l of Bacteriological buffer in the broth and pour it in the plate to solidify,.
H2OBacto-tryptone.yeast extract.NaCl.NaOHdH2OPeptides and peptones are provided by the tryptone. vitamins and trace elements are provided by yeast extract. sodium ions for transport and osmotic balance are retrieved from NaCl. together, the components are great for bacterial growth.
I'm not sure about how to use complex numbers to do this, but I've posted a link to a pretty neat website about Synthetic Division.

Beef broth is sometimes used.
Mannitol Salt Agar Complex is a synthetic medium because it is prepared from pure chemical substances and the exact composition of the medium is known.
Tryptone is not a single compound, it is a mixture of peptides.
Because it is a poor artificial media that requires the addition of one or more growth supporting substances.
