homeostasis
All living things are made up of cells. Living things are the only things that can have cells. Cells are the basic sign of life.
Is stable (If something does not stay stable, it isn't stable. Stable means "stays the same")is stable
isotonic, things remain the same
they both have a nucleus a cell membrane and cytoplasm
Yes, but its not made up of the same things plant cells have. It's consists of chitin, the same anthropods (insects) outter shells are made of.
it sometimes have the same parts
All cells of the same type have the same parts. All eukaryotic cells have the same parts, and all prokaryotic cells have the same parts. Cells are also always the building blocks of living organisms - all things are made from cells.

Do you mean stable as in stability? It is the same. Stable. But stable for horses is etable.
Icicles are not living things. This is because they are made of molecules (water molecules), not cells.
They are both cells of living things
Of course not! Life ranges from single cells to billions of them. Even humans differ in their numbers of cells, depending on how big they are.
The word "stable" as a noun can be one of three things. A stable is place where horses are kept either for the purposes of racing, farm work or simply as a domestic pet to be ridden.example: I brought my horse to the stable to rest.A stable can also mean a group of people trained by the same person or organization.example: The coach looked after a large stable of basketball players.
sorry guys and gals i really don't know what happened between them both--well, that's easy: cells. Plant cells are not structured the same and don't have the same organelles as animal cells do.
growth and division
If things are working correctly, yes a cell splits into two identical cells. When things are not working correctly the newly created cell is mutant and can be cancerous.
