supination..
Medial rotation of the forearm is called pronation in its broadest sense, so "medial rotation of the arm" most probably refers to movement at the shoulder. The best example is if you flex your forearm at 90° to your arm, and you bring your hand to your midline, this is medial rotation of the arm at the shoulder.Medial rotation of the arm is the rotation of the humerus(arm bone) around its long axis (imagine a line from elbow to shoulder).
Turning the palm of the hand upward is called supination. 'He held his hands up asking for his supper.' You don't really turn your sole of your foot in the same way but you do 'pick up your toes' in what is called dorsal flexion. The top of the foot is the dorsum of the foot. Just as the back of your hand is called the dorsal of the hand.
The group of animals called a hand are raccoon's. They are only called a hand when there are at least three of them in a group.
The wrist is made of carpals. The palm of your hand (mid hand) is made of metacarpals, and your fingers are called phalanges.
The bottom part of your hand is the Palmar sideand the top part is the Dorsal side.

No the 'second hand' of a clock has a higher velocity, it makes one rotation each minute, while the minute hand makes on rotation each hour and the hour hand makes one rotation every 12 hours.
