You could have an allergic reaction to some substances found in fruit like I am. I just had a BAD allergic reaction to strawberries, blueberries, cranberries, pomegranates, and now peaches. Every time I eat them the left side of my neck, just where my jaw and neck meet up at almost, swells up and hurts. Then come the itching hands, then feet, then face, then I break out in hives all over. I never used to be allergic to fruit but now I am. Check with an allergist to see if you are allergic to any fruits. The more you keep eating foods that you are allergic to the worse your symptoms will progress like mine did. Now I have to carry around an epi-pen and benadryl just in case I eat anything that is bad for me.
