Generally, a plant cell has a vacuole, a cell wall and chloroplasts, which an animal cell doesn't have; animal and plant cells both have a nucleus, a cell membrane and cytoplasm.

However, some animal cells may have a few small vacuoles. Also, not all plant cells have chloroplasts, such as onion cells. Lastly, one exception is that mature red blood cells don't have a nucleus.

They have cell walls made of cellulose. They have chloroplasts organelles that preform photosynthesis and the have large central vacuoles that provide storage and some metabolic processes.
