I'm guessing you mean Kidney Stones. The are deposits in the kidney, usually made of calcium, although there are a few other things, like uric acid, they can be made of, ranging in size from a grain of sand upwards of an inch, and in rare cases, larger. Pea size or smaller can usually be passed through the urinay system with little problems other than excruciating pain. bigger ones usually nedd to be either removed suring surgery, or cut up with lasers to be made small enough to pass. An alternative form of treatment, if you are not an avid Coca Cola drinker, is to drink a full six pack of canned Coca Cola(generic does not work) within two hours. Then drink a half cup of pureed asparagus. I don't know how, exactly, but it works!
