Mandible and mAxilla
An alveolar ridge is a ridge which forms the borders of the maxilla and mandible, and contains the alveoli of the teeth.
Because you have no teeth.
cribriform plate make up the ethmoidal labyrinths. Their walls form most of the inner walls of the eye sockets and are joined together by a thin perforated plate of bone at the roof of the nose. This bone, the cribriform plate, transmits the olfactory nerves that carry the sense of smell.
There are a lot of bones in the human skeleton. Because of this, they are divided into two categories; the appendicular skeleton and the axial skeleton. The axial skeleton consists of the cranium, the vertebra column and the rib cage. The appendicular skeleton consists of limbs such as the arms legs and the pelvic cavity. Here are a few bones in the human body: Cranium - Skull Orbit - Eye Sockets Mandible - Jaw Scapula - Shoulder Blades Clavicle - Collar Bone Sternum - Breastbone Humerus - The Arm Radius - The larger bone in the forearm Ulna - The smaller bone in the forearm Femur - Thighbone Tibia - The larger of the bones in your shins Fibula - The smaller of the bones in the shins These are the basic bones in the human skeleton. There are a lot more names for the bones. For example, the sternum has three parts and can be called by its individual sections.

Maxilla
Maxilla
The alveolar process (alveolar bone) is the thickened ridge of bone that contains the tooth sockets (dental alveoli) on bones that hold teeth. In humans, the tooth-bearing bones are the maxillae and the mandible.[3]
Tooth Sockets (Lamina Dura)
It is classed as an irregular bone because of the shape.
The maxillae (right and left maxilla bones) have sockets called alveolar processes in which the root of the teeth are inserted.
You can get them from the top with the distributor removed.
PROPER SOCKETS, AND DRIVES PLUS EXTENSIONS AND SWIVELS FOR THE REAR PLUGS. MAKE SURE YOU USE DEEP WELL SOCKETS, IT'S EASY TO CRACK THE INSULATORS ON THE PLUGS IF YOU DON'T
This is one operation that doesn't require anything special - standard size sockets, a nice selection of extensions (wobble extensions are particularly handy), and maybe a small crescent/adjustable wrench for the battery cable.See "Related Questions" below for lots more detail on this pretty easy procedure of getting the starter out
