This is pretty generalized but the frontal lobe is responsible for movement as well as personality, the parietal lobes are responsible for somatic (bodily) sensations, the temporal lobe functions in hearing and the occipital lobe functions in vision.

The parietal lobe deals with sensory and navigation. It is the main part of the brain that functions for sensory information.

What is the functions of the central fissure?

The central fissure is a deep groove on the surface of the brain that separates the frontal lobe from the parietal lobe. Its main function is to divide the brain into two hemispheres and help with the organization of different brain functions in each hemisphere, such as motor and sensory processing.

What are 4 main parts of your brain?

If you are asking what are the four sections of the cerebral cortex, known as lobes, they are the frontal lobe, parietal lobe, occipital lobe, and temporal lobe. Brain lobes are related to different brain functions. There are a lot more than 4 control centers of the brain though.

Describe the functions carried out by the lobes in the cerebral hemisphere?

Receives the messages from the Olfactory Lobe and sends them to the main part of the brain

Name four main lobes of the cerebrum?

The four main lobes of the cerebrum are the frontal lobe, parietal lobe, temporal lobe, and occipital lobe. Each lobe is responsible for different functions such as motor control, sensory perception, language processing, and visual processing.

What lobe of the brain has to deal with vision?

The occipital lobe is the main lobe of the brain responsible for processing visual information. It is located at the back of the brain and plays a crucial role in interpreting and making sense of what we see.

What is the function or the cerebrum?

The cerebrum is just another name for the brain. The brain is made up of different sections that all have different functions. There are four main lobes, the frontal which is in charge of decision making, talking, and voluntary movement. There is also the parietal lobe which is the part of the brain that receives sensory input for touch and body position. The third lobe is called the temporal lobe which is mainly in charge of hearing. Then the fourth lobe is called the occipital lobe which is what helps us see everything. There is also a part of the brain called the brainstem which is what keeps us breathing and our hearts beating.

Where is language localized in the human brain?

There seem to be two main areas where language functions are processed in the brain, Broca's Area and Wernicke's Area.

Four main area of the brain?

frontal lobe, parietal lobe, occipital lobe, and the temporal lobe

What are the three main regions of the brain?

I'm not an expert, but the major lobes are the Frontal lobe, Parietal lobe, Occipital lobe, and the Temporal Lobes. Other important areas would be the Cerebellum, Wernicke's Area, Broca's Area, Thalamus, Amygdala, Hypothalamus, Hippocampus, the Sensory cortex and the Motor cortex. I think those are the main parts of the brain. There are obviously a lot more areas, but those are the most known areas from what I've read.
