∙ 11y agoHuman tourism has posed a threat to the Chaparral Biome. Human intrusion and occupation calls for an adjustment to fit modern human needs. The simplification of the Biome to fit these needs creates a threat to the natural organisms within the ecosystem. Organisms that depend on the variances of nature, including forest fires to survive are put at risk.

∙ 9y agoHuman interaction in a chaparral biome can lead to increased biodiversity through the introduction of new plant species and habitats. Conservation efforts by humans can help protect the chaparral biome from threats such as wildfires and invasive species. Education and awareness raised by human interaction can also lead to a better understanding and appreciation of the importance of preserving this unique ecosystem.

∙ 11y agoThe chaparral's dry climate causes plants to adapt in ways that help them store more water and keep from drying out. Olive trees adapted a protective coating that slows down the transpiration process. Animals like Kit Foxes have adapt to the hot summer climate and the cold winter climate. They are nocturnal and so they are active during the nights when it cooler.
