When you drink water on a hot day, you use the systems: excretory (Our liquid waste is excreted efficiently as urine through the work of the kidneys, ureters, bladder, and urethra.), circulatory (The heart and blood vessels, which include arteries and veins, circulate blood throughout the body, bringing oxygen to every cell and taking away the carbon dioxide), and the digestive system (The mouth, esophagus, stomach, intestines, and rectum form an efficient pathway for food so we can retrieve the nutrients we need and excrete the rest as solid waste).
So, when you drink water, the water flows down the digestive track, help the kidneys and flows to the bladder, and the water reaches all the cells in the body.

Explain the mechanisms involved in disrupting body systems?
Drinking water is very simply processed once inside of the human body. Drinking water is absorbed into the cells of the body.
A reservoir is a man made body of drinking water.

It will do more than that. Drinking salt water in lieu of fresh water will shut down the kidneys, causing your body's systems to eventually shut down, leading ultimately to death.
Soft water is not for drinking so there are not really any soft water drinking systems. The process of water softening uses a form of rock salt to filter out the chemicals that make the water hard. This provides high levels of sodium in the water and while not exactly fatal, it is definitely not good for the body.
The pros for drinking nothing but water are that you lose weight fast, you are drinking healthier. The cons of drinking nothing but water are not eating can cause issues to the body and the body needs more than water.
