when you say "scars" it implies that it is an accumulation of scar tissue which is not removeable unless via surgery but can be alleviated visually using ointments such as cocoa butter and/or vitamin E. But if you mean the rash created by poison ivy/oak then aloe and any hydrocortizone

Nope, once it's soaked in the skin your done!

if you think you have been exposed to poison ivy you have two hours or less to wash it off, but once it's soaked into the skin your just going to have to let your body try and fight it off!

Also remember to always wash with cold water if you think you have been exposed to poison ivy! if you use hot water steam opens up your pours and gives the oils a door wide open into your skin!
