I have suffered from the same symptoms at night. I think the cramping triggers it. Occasionally after a very intense workout I will get mid night hamstring cramps that are freakishly intense, and very shortly afterward I get feelings of extreme nausea and lightheadedness, with a cold sweat. This all comes on very quickly. The last episode I had lead to a blackout. I think what happens is that the cramp alarms your nervous system and you rapidly go from a state of complete rest to a state of alarm, causing a quick spike in heart rate. Then to compensate for the elevation in heart rate (and perhaps the compression of blood vessels in the cramping leg) , your blood vessels dilate (open up) to prevent a spike in blood pressure. The dilation causes a fast drop in blood pressure, which leads to the blackout. Not a doctor but that is my body logic speaking. Anyway, your best bet is to prevent the cramps by stretching, hydrating, and getting enough electrolytes in your system.

This can cause symptoms like dizziness, fatigue, and muscle cramps. It can also lead to skin irritation and an increased risk of heat-related illnesses.
Excessive salt in sweat can lead to dehydration, electrolyte imbalances, and high blood pressure. This condition, known as hypernatremia, can be caused by conditions like cystic fibrosis or excessive sweating. Treatment options include staying hydrated, consuming electrolyte-rich foods, and in severe cases, medical intervention with intravenous fluids.
Body odor. Sweat produced by the sweat glands mixes with the bacteria on your skin, leading to body odor. Bacteria break down the proteins and acids in sweat, producing an unpleasant smell. Maintaining proper hygiene, such as regular bathing and using antiperspirants, can help control body odor.
