Your having a nose bleed. The nose and the mouth are conected and sometimes the blood flows back and comes out your mouth. Pretty discusing happened to me when my brother hit me in the nose with a foot balll XD tilt your head back and use a cloth or tissue to stop the flow and apply pressure to the spot. Idk this is coming from a 14 year old girl so yeah... Hope that helped.
One more thing you dont want to swallow the blood because I it can make you sick.
