I've found this too and it totally freaked me out because my sister recently got diagnosed with colon cancer so I've been examining my poo. The balls smeared and look like blood when I smudged with a q-tip. But then I found out they are are same size shape and color as these little round things in my multivitamin! Dissolve your vitamin and see if you find those little red specks.
