Plants react to presence. Having the television or radio on works and so does talking to the plants. I know, sounds kinda crazy... okay, really crazy but the next time you have people over or you are on the telephone, just have the plant around. There is only one plant in particular that I have ever heard anyone mention playing music or talking to and if you are growing the same kind of plant I think you are growing, then yes it does work. I did an experiment years ago and the... ah-hem... plant grows faster and healthier when others interact with it. As with any plant, the more attention you give it, the better it grows. Good luck.
There are no plants that make noise in the traditional sense, as they do not have the ability to produce sound.
The Dobbler Effect, also known as the Doppler Effect, is the change in frequency or wavelength of a wave in relation to an observer who is moving relative to the wave source. This effect is commonly experienced with sound waves, where the pitch of the sound is perceived higher as the source moves closer and lower as the source moves away.
Studies have shown that talking to plants can potentially have a positive effect on their growth, as vibrations from sound waves can stimulate plant cells and promote growth. While human voices may not have a direct impact on plant growth, some believe that the act of speaking to plants can create a nurturing environment that benefits their overall well-being.
Ear defenders reduce the intensity of sound reaching the ears, which decreases the amplitude of the sound. However, they do not affect the pitch of the sound, as the frequency of the sound wave remains the same.
The control variable in this experiment would be the plants that do not receive any fertilizer. By comparing the growth of plants with fertilizer to those without, researchers can determine the effect of adding fertilizer on plant growth.

Its something that's been looked into, and if you mean by students, yes. Plants like all organisms respond to their environment from stimuli, its question is to what extent.
The iconic sound effect heard in Star Wars movies that is often described as a "laser sound" is the blaster sound effect.
In vaccum there is no sound.
no it does not effect plants.
There are no plants there
Yes. Lots of plants do not have sound.
If your looking for an alternative i heard of a new project a couple of scietists were working on called "I DOZER" its a sound wave that changes the sound your brain normally gives off, it lasts for like 15 minutes but it take 45 minutes of waiting to get the desired effect
Sound affect
The Leslie effect enhances the sound quality of a Hammond organ by creating a swirling, rotating effect that adds depth and richness to the sound.

Plants has one syllable.
