There are two adrenal glands, one on top of each kidney, and they both have regions that release different hormones. The adrenal cortex, which is the bigger region, releases three different hormones: mineralocorticoids (affect mineral homeostasis), glucocorticoids (affect glucose homeostasis), and androgens (male sex hormones. The other region, the adrenal medulla, produces epinephrine and norepinephrine, which set the fight or flight response into motion and help the body resist stress.
The adrenal glands are tiny organs that rest on top of each kidney. Despite their small size, the adrenal glands play an important role in the body, producing numerous hormones that impact our development and growth, affect our ability to deal with stress, and help to regulate kidney function.

My problem with your phrase is that your verb is ' to be' and you are using 'of help' as a noun (an instance of helping). This is OK but one would usually use this sort of phrase (contracted to - "glad to be of help" or more correctly "glad to have been of help") in response to a 'thank you' from someone else (they would be thanking you for assisting them). If you were offering someone help you would say:- "Can I be of help" or, using 'help' as the verb, "Can I help" However if you are currently helping someone and you want to say how much you are enjoying the experience you would phrase it thus:- "I am glad to be helping you".
What do you mean by system? Your answer all depends on what kind of approach you are taking. I will b glad to help you after you make it a bit more specific. :)
