Dilation of the pupil occurs when not enough light is exposed in the area. If plentiful light was to be exposed without warning, the reaction of the person would be determined by how used they are to light or how their DNA codes for it. This determines how sensitive to light they are by default. Eye color should not play a role in how a person reacts to light.

Hope this helped

Which eye color is most sensitive to light, particularly in bright environments, such as those with green eyes?

Green eyes are more sensitive to light compared to other eye colors, making them particularly vulnerable in bright environments.

What is the easiest color for the human eye to see and why?

The easiest color for the human eye to see is green because the human eye is most sensitive to the wavelengths of light that correspond to the color green. This sensitivity is due to the way our eyes have evolved to detect and process different colors.

The part of the eye sensitive to color is called?

The part of the eye sensitive to color is called the retina. It contains specialized cells called cones that are responsible for detecting and processing different colors.

Do rods see color, or are they only sensitive to light intensity?

Rods in the eye are sensitive to light intensity but do not see color. They are responsible for vision in low light conditions.

Does eye color effect eye vision?

Light-eyed people are more sensitive to light, because they have few pigments to protect their eyes from sunlight exposure. So, such people can encounter sun-related problemsSo the lighter your eye color, the more you are to have light sensitivity in the sun as apposed to darker eye colors which they have better adjustment and not as sensitive to the light! A person with blue eyes is more alike to have eye problems than a brown eye person. It is well known that people with lighter eyes tend to be more sensitive to light, a result of having less pigment in the iris to protect them from sunlight. That can place them at a greater risk of macular degeneration and the other eye-related problems, but whether that extends to vision is not clear. There is little or no evidence that darker eye color means greater visual acuity, but one theory holds that it does produce better reaction times. People with dark eyes will have stronger peripheral vision. People with dark eyes tend to have bigger pupils, which let in more sunlight. Since they have bigger pupils, they have a wider range of peripheral.

Color blindness is the failure of the red sensitive nerves in the eye that don't respond to light properly.

Why do you see green color only?

The human eye is most sensitive to the color green because it can distinguish more shades of green than any other color. Additionally, green is the color in the middle of the visible spectrum, making it easier for the eye to perceive and process.
