∙ 9y agoPhotosynthesis is source of all food which is used by consumers . Initial product of photosynthesis are triose which are converted to hexoses , sucrose , starch and cellulose . All these carbohydrates are direct source of food and energy for animals and Fungi . No animal life would be possible without photosynthesis . Oxygen is by product of photosynthesis . It is utilized by all aerobic organisms during respiration .
